Steve Jones began his plumbing career in 2007 with a wrench and a single phone call from a distressed person with a plumbing problem. Over a decade later, Steve Jones Plumbing, LLC has serviced thousands of homes and businesses fulfilling their plumbing needs. Our mission has always been clear, to provide exceptional service to each and every customer.
Steve Jones Plumbing LLC knows that our employees are the key to our success. We will ensure plumbing excellence by selectively hiring people of the highest integrity and character, training them through our processes so they will exceed our customer’s highest expectations. We have built a plumbing company of excellence where we care about our employees and customers more than just profits. Since 2008 Steve Jones Plumbing LLC has earned the Angie's List Super Service Award too many times to count and been voted by our customers as the Cincinnati Best of the North plumber. We train our employees to pursue excellence in plumbing and never sell services to a customer they do not need. Steve Jones, Owner/Founder
Steve has advanced his 30+ year career in plumbing services from learning the technique and skills needed within the field, to develop a successful business from scratch, all with his vision in mind to bring back prestige to the plumbing industry.
Outside of the business, Steve and his wife Gail enjoy their time with their two precious daughters. Days off are often spent at the park, going out for ice cream and family movie nights. Steve began his plumbing career in 1985 and has been working in the plumbing field for the better part of 36 years. He is active in local and state politics, teaching in his church, gardening and loves spending quality fun time with his family.
Steve and his beautiful wife, Gail, have been married since 1999. She takes care of the daily bookkeeping by using her exceptional mind for details and data. They have two young daughters named Vanessa and Arianna. Vanessa loves to play piano and compose pieces for family enjoyment, and she also loves acting, singing, and writing. Arianna enjoys ballet, swimming, and Minecraft.
Gail homeschools our two girls, does our company bookkeeping and human resources work, as well as being the best wife and mother! Steve is involved in local and state politics, as well as teaching at his local church. In short, every area of our lives is devoted to living out our faith in our community, the marketplace, and our family. Together, the Jones family enjoys camping, visiting family and friends, board games, church activities and swimming in the family pool.
It is among Steve’s greatest joys to bless and encourage those around him to become the best version of themselves and to equip the next generation to love excellence and excel in character.
Todd Sostaric, Service Project Manager
Todd has been getting his hands dirty in plumbing services for over 10 years. His growth in the field has allowed him to strategically find the best solutions for each of his customers problems while keeping the budgets in mind. His great customer service skills brighten any project he takes on. Outside of the business, Todd and his wife Emily enjoy their time with their three beautiful children!
